The Juna Story
I created Juna after spending 2 pregnancies being a little lost on how to fuel my body and the baby in my belly. I wasn’t sure what workouts were safe for pregnancy, and I spent 9 months being scared to work out. All the postpartum fitness programs were centered around getting my body back instead of acknowledging this major change I went through and focusing on rebuilding my core so I could return to fitness safely. I looked everywhere for the right solution, and couldn’t find it. So I decided to create the product I always wanted for my motherhood journey.
We focus on the things that will make you stronger and healthier, and smarter. We give you the tools so that you can feel most empowered on your own motherhood journey. Whether it’s a course for Breastfeeding, or exercises to help heal your diastasis recti, we’re here to support you.
