Apple Almond Butter "Donuts"
- 2 Apples (sliced)
- 2 tbsp Almond butter (raw)
- 1 tbsp Cacao nibs
- 1/2 tsp Chia seeds
- 1/2 cup Coconut yogurt* (unsweetened)
Cut your apples in slices, then use a corer or knife to make a circle cut in the center–removing seeds/center of apple.
Spread a layer of yogurt as your “frosting” using a spook or butter knife. Repeat on all slices of apples.
Drizzle almond butter on top of apple slices and evenly distribute the cacao nibs and chia seeds.
Serve immediately.
*Sub any yogurt of choice
