Low Sugar Avocado Protein Smoothie
- 10 oz milk*
- 1/2 medium avocado
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein
- 2 big handfuls of chopped kale
- 1 spoonful of natural peanut butter
- 2 % plain greek yogurt for topping
add the milk*, avocado, protein, kale, peanut butter to a blender and blend until smooth.
- pour into a glass and top with a dollop of greek yogurt and a drizzle of peanut butter if desired.
