We start with three main books because we don’t want to overwhelm you. If you want more, just keep reading below.

(1) Mayo Clinic Guide To A Healthy Pregnancy

Get this book

We love the Mayo Clinic because it’s reputable and accurate. This book will provide you with practical information and reassurance on pregnancy and childbirth. Compiled by Mayo Clinic experts in obstetrics, it offers a clear, thorough and reliable reference for this exciting and sometimes unpredictable journey

(2) Expecting Better by Emily Oster

Get this book

What to Expect When You’re Expecting meets Freakonomics: an award-winning economist disproves standard recommendations about pregnancy to empower women while they’re expecting.

The first two are resources for you to utilize when you have questions or concerns during pregnancy.

It’s best to stay off google with questions on symptoms because it will send you to a forum where you’ll start in a downward spiral of convincing yourself of the worst case scenario.

If you can’t find the answer in the book then write down your question and ask your OB at the next visit. ⁣

(3) Girl, Stop Apologizing by Rachel Hollis
