In this episode Sarah talks with Olena Danko from the blog C-Section Strong. Olena is  is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Mom of two who founded the blog C-Section Strong to help support women who’s births don’t go as planned.

Olena goes into detail on her experience with two c-sections as well as some great tips for preparing and educating yourself if your birth doesn’t go as planned.
