Anti-Inflammatory Beet & Cherry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 10 oz of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1-2 small beets cut into quarters (*store bought, already peeled and ready to eat)
  • 1/2 cup of frozen pitted cherries
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon of almonds/almond butter

Instructions

  • add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
