Low Sugar Avocado Protein Smoothie

  • 10 oz milk*
  • 1/2 medium avocado
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein
  • 2 big handfuls of chopped kale
  • 1 spoonful of natural peanut butter
  • 2 % plain greek yogurt for topping


  • add the milk*, avocado, protein, kale, peanut butter to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • pour into a glass and top with a dollop of greek yogurt and a drizzle of peanut butter if desired.


*Substitute the milk choice for your preference. Dairy or non-dairy options work.
