Carrot Cake Oatmeal Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups coconut milk beverage I use SoDelicious regular flavor
  • 1 cup boiled carrots *see notes
  • 1/2 cup frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup dates pitted
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Optional Add-ins
  • maple syrup for added sweetness
  • coconut oil
  • turmeric

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until well combined. I usually have to process twice to get the perfect smooth consistency.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

*I like to boil carrots ahead of time and refrigerate for when I need them. They can also be frozen – but, if you use frozen carrot, I recommend using thawed bananas or adding more coconut milk.
