  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp of chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp of hemp seeds
  • 2 Figs
  • Toppings of your choice i.e chocolate and almond granola raspberries, coconut flakes


  • Add chia and hemp seeds to yogurt, mix in
  • Let sit for 10-15 minutes
  • Wash and Slice figs
  • Top yogurt bowl with toppings of your choice
