- 1 Sweet Potato sliced the long way to make toasts
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 3 tbsp nut butters
- handful almonds
- slice potato and drizzle w/olive oil. Roast at 425 for 30 mins, flip at 20 min
- for chia jam – smash 1/2 cup strawberries with 2 tbs @brandlesslife chia seeds in a pan, simmer for 10 mins
- slice banana thinly
- when sweet potatoes are done layer each with peanut butter and create your masterpieces
