  • 1 banana
  • Yogurt of your choice
  • Nut butter of your choice
  • Chopped strawberries
  • Chocolate chia seeds


  • Cut the banana in half while still in the peel, then remove from the peel.
  • Spread yogurt on each half.
  • Drizzle nut butter.
  • Top with chopped strawberries and chocolate chia seeds
