Power Flax Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/4 an avocado
  • 1 cup frozen zucchini
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 3/4 cup cashew milk
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides
  • 1 tablespoon flax
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Add toppings for taste – i.e Coconut Flakes almonds, chopped strawberries, granola

Instructions

  • Pop everything in the blender and mix
  • Top with whatever you want
