Topical Bliss Smoothie

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup mix of frozen pineapple and mango
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 lime wedge for garnish


  • Place all of the ingredients in a high-powered blender. Blend until smooth. Add extra milk until reach desired consistency.
  • Pour into glass. Garnish with lime wedge. Squeeze lime juice into smoothie before drinking.
  • Drink and enjoy!
