Turmeric Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp taragon
  • ½ tsp thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400
  • Rinse and dry cauliflower heat
  • Cut off bottom stem and any surrounding green leaves
  • Place bottom into dutch oven or baking pan
  • Drizzle with avocado oil, distributing evenly with a brush or fork
  • Sprinkle with salt, pepper, turmeric, tarragon and thyme
  • Bake in oven for 35 minutes with lid or aluminum cover
  • Remove lid and bake for 10 more minutes, until browned
  • Cut into “steaks” and serve with your favorite side dish
