Ingredients

  • 3 very ripe bananas
  • 1 cup oat flour or flour of choice
  • 1 cup chickpeas
  • 1/2 cup nut milk
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 flax egg*
  • 2 tbsp almond or other nut butter
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup dairy free chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 F (175 C)
  • Mix flax egg (1 tbsp flax seeds mixed with 3 tbsp of water)
  • Mash bananas with a fork
  • Blend up chickpeas with nut milk until smooth
  • Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir until well combined
  • Bake in a brownie pan (I used a square silicone form) for 35-40 mins
  • Let cool and enjoy
