Brazil Nut Milk

  • 4.5 cups Water filtered
  • 1 cup Raw Brazil nuts
  • 1/2 cup Hemp seeds
  • 4 Medjool dates pitted
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract*
  • Cinnamon dash
  • salt dash


  • Add all ingredients to a high powered blender. 
  • Blend on high for 60 seconds.
  • Strain the liquid through a nut bag into a large jug.
  • Store in fridge in airtight container for about a week.
