In this episode Sarah does a solo episode where she shares her experience through the 1st Trimester of her 3rd pregnancy. She was 11 weeks pregnant at time of recording.

Sarah talks about her struggles – including fatigue, nausea, constipation, and navigating a pregnancy with two kids under 5 and shares her wins – small as they may be. Some of the wins include finding time for naps, leaning on her husband Eric for help with the bedtime routine, staying consistent with her colace and calcium/magnesium to help manage constipation, and more.
