This is Episode 7 – The Fertility Diet from Season 2 of the Juna Women Podcast. Season 2 is about planning your family.

When I sat down with Stefanie I was actually in the process of Trying To Conceive my 3rd baby, and I’m happy to report that her advice helped and I’m currently 32 weeks pregnant – HELLO 3rd Trimester.

What you’re going to hear in the episode is a high level overview of the things we should and shouldn’t be doing when it comes to our diets and fertility.

Stefanie does an amazing job breaking down fertility for both men and women and keeping things simple and informative.
