Ingredients

  • 1 Sweet Potato sliced the long way to make toasts
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 3 tbsp nut butters
  • handful almonds

Instructions

  • slice potato and drizzle w/olive oil. Roast at 425 for 30 mins, flip at 20 min
  • for chia jam – smash 1/2 cup strawberries with 2 tbs @brandlesslife chia seeds in a pan, simmer for 10 mins
  • slice banana thinly
  • when sweet potatoes are done layer each with peanut butter and create your masterpieces
