Anti-Inflammatory Beet & Cherry Smoothie
- 10 oz of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1-2 small beets (cut into quarters (*store bought, already peeled and ready to eat))
- 1/2 cup of frozen pitted cherries
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 tablespoon of almonds/almond butter
- add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
