Banana Bread Blondies

- 3 very ripe bananas
- 1 cup oat flour (or flour of choice)
- 1 cup chickpeas
- 1/2 cup nut milk
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 flax egg*
- 2 tbsp almond (or other nut butter)
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup dairy free chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 350 F (175 C)
- Mix flax egg (1 tbsp flax seeds mixed with 3 tbsp of water)
- Mash bananas with a fork
- Blend up chickpeas with nut milk until smooth
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir until well combined
- Bake in a brownie pan (I used a square silicone form) for 35-40 mins
- Let cool and enjoy
