Chia and Hempseed Yogurt Bowl

- 1 cup of yogurt
- 1 Tbsp of chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp of hemp seeds
- 2 Figs
- Toppings of your choice i.e chocolate and almond granola (raspberries, coconut flakes)
- Add chia and hemp seeds to yogurt, mix in
- Let sit for 10-15 minutes
- Wash and Slice figs
- Top yogurt bowl with toppings of your choice
