PB Raspberry Chia Toast

Vanilla Date Almond Butter
- 2.5 cups raw almonds
- 4 dates (soaked in hot water)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- salt to taste
Raspberry Chia Jam
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- Sprouted Bread
- Roast almonds at 350 for 10 mins, let cool until warm. Add to food processor. You’ll need to scrape down the sides every few mins, but let that baby run. Mine took about 20-30 mins. It also got pretty hot so I let it take a break lol. Once creamy add dates, vanilla, and salt and combine until smooth. .
- For Jam – Add all ingredients to saucepan and mash. Simmer on low until combined. Let cool.
