Power Flax Green Smoothie

- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1/4 an avocado
- 1 cup frozen zucchini
- 1 frozen banana
- 3/4 cup cashew milk
- 1 scoop collagen peptides
- 1 tablespoon flax
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- Add toppings for taste – i.e Coconut Flakes (almonds, chopped strawberries, granola)
- Pop everything in the blender and mix
- Top with whatever you want
