
- 1 cup basil leaves
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup roasted unsalted sunflower seeds
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup sunflower oil
- salt and peper to taste
- squeeze of lime to preventing browning
Place first 4 ingredients in blender, vitamix or food processor and pulse until chopped. Slowly drizzle oil until you achieve desired consistency.
Add salt, pepper and lime juice to taste. (I added a bit of water to get the mixture moving)
